James is the East Bay's top rated balloon artist. He does a limited number of engagements these days because he's also ranked #1 Dad by his even MORE amazing kids and wife. Much to his own mother's chagrin, James started twisting balloons at age 8 while hanging around in a neighborhood party supply store. Kids from 1 to 100 love James' creative balloon art and silly antics!
